Senior Executive Professional with 25 years of experience in managing a bank sales, business/consumer lending, business development, workplace culture, and coaching/mentoring. Proven success in increasing bank profitability by focusing on expense management, financial controls, and sales management. A proactive change agent and problem solver. Intuitive leader who leads by example and possess a “can-do” spirit that consistently achieves outstanding results. Fluently speak and write in Spanish. She has won many awards for her business acumen and is the author of the book Authenticy and a contributing author of the book Today’s Inspired Latina Volume II.
